In spring, when it's maple sugaring festivities time, enjoy the delicious meals and the not-to-be-missed maple syrup taffy on snow…mmmm…delicious! Don't forget though, the sugar shack-its real name is Le Table du Roy-is open year round for country weddings, family anniversaries and other special events.
