“Deep energizing" facial for men only

Sensitive to men's particular facial skin care needs, we've disigned this deep cleansing, aromatherapy-based treatment.  It includes cleansing, a massage (face, neck and shoulders), a facial mask and a protective cream application.

* Each facial care treatment comes with personalized skin analysis and treatment prescriptions adapted to your needs.  Please be aware that esthetic treatment massages are designed for relaxation purposes and are not to be considered as being therapeutic.

Anti-stress treatment

This popular treatment was designed by our heath professionals at Le Baluchon for tired, overworked people who have difficulty relaxing.  This treatment is made up of various energy-building massages that enable your body to completely let go, including: Swedish massage, polarity therapy, and Shiatsu pressure point therapy.

Aromatic facial

The facial deep-cleans and hydrates your skin, revitalizing your complexion. This treatment is followed by a gentle face and neck massage to help melt away any signs of stress and fatigue.

Back treatment

Lymphatic drainage and rolling massage are the special techniques used to rid your body of muscular tension and provide deep relaxation. This treatment is highly valued for the relief it provides from stress, notwithstanding the slight muscle soreness that can sometimes occur.

Basic catiovital treatment

Thanks to the heated mask's sauna-like effect and the beneficial effects of ionization, this treatment clears the complexion and gently desensitizes skin to allow creams to penetrate better. It's just what you need for a radiant look!

Catiolift eye treatment

For minimizing fine wrinkles around the eyes and firming up the eyelids.

Catiolift treatment

Enjoy a non-surgical face lifting. High technology equipment generates gentle muscular and facial drainage stimulation to improve your skin's firmness and elasticity.

Deep moisturizing treatment

A no-rinse gommage treatment to both exfoliate the skin and purge it of impurities. After exfoliation, a cacao-and-soya-based skin cell regenerating ointment is applied. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, or for individuals allergic to nuts or aloe.

Essential oils bath

This special type of bath releases jets of air and water which help muscles relax. Combined with bubble bath and essential oils, this treatment helps soothe away fatigue and treat insomnia. Essential oils are chosen based on your individual needs.

Find freedom in flexibility

This treatment involves shaking movements performed with a pareo (a wraparound cloth). Stretched out on a small exercise mattress, you'll feel your body infused with newly-found flexibility, without having exceeding its natural limits. Exercise stretchwear is suggested.

Foot care

This treatment includes a pedicure, a paraffin treatment and moisturizing customized to your specific needs. This treatment does not include nail varnishing.

Full classic facial

A comprehensive designed to meet all your specific facial skin care needs. The treatment comprises several steps: exfoliation, micro-pelling, extraction of blackheads, eyebrow plucking, a face/neck/neckline massage using specific serums and creams, and a specially prepared aromatic mask for the face, neck and around the eyes.

Head-and-shouldes massage

This soothing massage helps melt away tension in your shoulders, neck, face and scalp. It is especially beneficial for anyone with an over-active intellect or with difficulty “letting go”.

Heated stone massage

A massage that is relaxing as well as therapeutic, it uses heated or cooled volcanic stones, according to individual preference.

Hydralessence facial

A high performance facial treatment that hydrates the skin and restores its organic balance using an elixir of algae and fruit extracts. A bathing mist of essential oils is followed by gentle peeling, cleansing of the pores, and a double, neck-and-face deep hydrating mask.

Lymphatic drainage

Lymphatic drainage is a very gentle massage technique using light circular pressure and without oils. It stimulates blood circulation and the action of the lymphatic system as well as strengthening the immune system and detoxify the body.

Manicures

The paraffin manicure provides complete care for your hands and nails including a massage and a paraffin treatment that hydrates your skin while increasing joint mobility. This treatment does not include nail varnishing.

Maple sugar exfoliating treatment

Indulge yourself with our newest, regional maple sugar-based exfoliating treatment. It  first deeply cleans your skin, eliminating dead cells and improving your blood circulation. Marine algae body wrap

The algae body wrap re-mineralizes your body with mineral salts and oligo-elements which are essential to your well being. It is a relaxing and energizing treatment followed by a therapeutic bath. This treatment is not recommended for persons with seafood allergies, however we can substitute the algae with clay.

Peat mud wrap

The peat mud wrap treatment serves to rid the body of muscular tension and helps to reduce arthritis pain. The treatment includes a therapeutic bath.

Pressure therapy

Pressure therapy utilizes special inflatable boots to produce gentle pressure, massaging legs and feet to activate circulation. This treatment is not recommended for anyone who has had Phlebitis.

Reflexology

Reflexology is, primarily, a relaxation technique involving a soothing massage of the feet, the hands and the neck area. Gentle pressure is applied to specific points on your hands and under your feet, and this serves to stimulate certain organs in your body.
